Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Package and prepare goods for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklift, pallet jack) after training.
- Ensure the warehouse area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if outdoor loading) or climate-controlled environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
