Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, adhering to delivery schedules.
- Assist in the organization and rotation of stock to optimize warehouse flow.
- Report any damaged equipment or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification (CDL) is a significant plus.
