Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and railcars according to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse stock.
- Follow all safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts (Class A or B).
- Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain via our training program).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to procedures.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
