Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders using provided handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts) with on-the-job training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate in fast-paced teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize provided safety gear (steel-toe boots, vests, gloves) at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided support equipment
- Basic computer literacy for scanner operation training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Newark facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- No prior warehouse experience necessary—equipment training included
