Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, conveyors) with full gear provided
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Pick and pack orders with barcode scanning technology
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (equipment provided for heavy lifting)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to Austin facility
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends as needed
