Qualifications
- No experience or background check required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Reliable transportation to Bakersfield industrial area
- Willingness to complete paid equipment certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
