Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using provided equipment
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts) with on-site training
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to company standards
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and storage areas
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use provided protective equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- No background check required – all candidates considered
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to operate provided machinery after training
- Reliable transportation to our Stockton facility
- No prior warehouse experience necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
