Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (provided) to move, locate, relocate, and stack inventory safely and efficiently.
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment or storage according to established safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using provided handheld scanners.
- Inspect and organize warehouse aisles to ensure a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate handling equipment, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
