Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Sort, pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and organization of stock areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily productivity targets.
- Load/Unload Operations: Efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments to maintain warehouse flow.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly for long periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency is required for reading labels and safety instructions.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and willing to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not always required.
