Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates through training and performance management
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and cost reduction
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely shipping and receiving schedules
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Generate operational reports and KPIs for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or logistics
- Proven ability to manage teams and foster a productive work environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and warehouse technology
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced physical environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis
