Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment with zero-error tolerance
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Document all transactions in our WMS system with precision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Stamina to stand/walk 8-10 hours in a warehouse environment
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Worth facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to team success
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
