Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Participate in weekly safety meetings and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Immediate availability to start within 48 hours of hire
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures (warehouse environment)
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
