Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, and accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update stock levels and process orders.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we offer on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
