Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts in compliance with company protocols
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in workflow and productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with basic warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
