Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory through scanning, tracking, and documentation systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for domestic and international delivery
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing goods
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
- Valid Washington driver's license
