Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Proficiency with warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
