Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy; process returns and inventory adjustments
- Maintain organized and safe warehouse conditions through proper stacking, labeling, and cleaning
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
