Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse to maintain optimal space utilization.
- Operate scanning equipment to update inventory management systems in real-time.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
