Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipment processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and implement safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Conduct quality checks and documentation for all products
- Optimize warehouse workflows using digital inventory systems
- Train and mentor new team members on best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
