Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment with zero tolerance for errors
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Conduct cycle counts and participate in quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for occasional deliveries)
