Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory levels through systematic stock counts and cycle counting
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Participate in physical inventory audits and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and overtime as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical examination
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
