Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts with attention to detail
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (OSHA certification preferred)
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space following 5S principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
