Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control through systematic receiving, picking, and shipping processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to all company safety policies and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Basic math and computer literacy
