Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily production targets
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible availability including potential overtime and weekend shifts
