Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory control procedures including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems for real-time tracking
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with data entry accuracy
- Forklift and pallet jack operation expertise
- Ability to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office Suite
