Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper safety protocols and lifting techniques.
- Quality Control: Monitor product quality and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs and documentation for daily operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices (RF guns) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
