Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 100% accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks accurately during daily operations.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (warehouse environment).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
