Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated sorting systems
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize warehouse workflows and reduce waste
- Maintain OSHA compliance through rigorous safety protocols and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and quality standards
- Generate real-time reports on inventory levels and operational KPIs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
