Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory with precision
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to meet safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow all company policies and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Reliable transportation to/from facility
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
