Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and log data into digital systems.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and work instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours including weekends and overtime shifts.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
