Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Inspect forklift equipment and warehouse machinery to ensure they are in safe, working condition.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of clutter.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be able to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of employment.
