Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines at all times
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
