Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers with speed and accuracy.
- Sort, pack, and label packages according to shipping guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in the fulfillment process and handle basic customer inquiries regarding order status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
