Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99% accuracy for timely shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Support cycle counts and month-end inventory reconciliations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
