Responsibilities
- Manage inventory with precision using WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Process incoming shipments and outbound orders accurately
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipping
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible schedule including occasional weekends
