Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Package and label merchandise for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to process orders accurately.
- Keep warehouse aisles, loading docks, and storage areas organized and clean.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable but training is available.
