Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials according to shipping schedules and safety protocols.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and restock shelves as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
