Location Details: Our Tampa warehouse is conveniently located near major highways with free parking. While the hiring process is remote, this is an on-site position requiring physical presence.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and sort packages using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Prepare shipments for distribution using proper packaging techniques
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we train from day one
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
