Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory according to company protocols
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training provided)
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
