Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
