Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track product movement.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers and containers.
- Follow standard operating procedures for all warehouse functions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
