Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed to meet delivery deadlines.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but we offer on-the-job training.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
