Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Process and pack customer orders efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock levels are precise.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software or barcode scanners is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Valid forklift certification (if required for specific shifts).
