Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on material handling equipment.
- Organization: Keep storage areas organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners or handheld devices.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as business needs dictate.
