Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (including sit-down and stand-up models) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Perform routine safety inspections of all equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Verify inventory accuracy by tagging, labeling, and organizing stock according to company standards.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipping and receiving.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Must possess valid license).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for long periods.
- Strong understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
