Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count incoming stock to ensure accuracy against packing lists.
- Pack and label products securely for domestic and international shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counting and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Operate warehouse management software (WMS) for scanning and tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (valid) is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
