Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pack and prepare items for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for data entry and tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
