Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage our inventory and ensure the timely fulfillment of orders. You will play a crucial role in our supply chain process, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and inspect incoming stock and materials against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper equipment and techniques.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
