Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, process, and ship inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in real-time
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with RF scanners and basic warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Driver's License a plus
