Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality control and documentation
- Maintain organized and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and housekeeping procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in basic computer operations and RF scanner use
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
